Mindful Leadership Round Table

The Mindful Leadership Round Table inspires and trains key staff in the art of effective leadership with the goal of increasing team engagement, innovation and productivity. These are discussions in peer leadership or managerial groups within an organization facilitated by master leadership trainer, Laura Hansen. Participants enter a continuous cycle of action, accountability, assessment and growth that enhances their personal development and effectiveness with and of their teams.

Session discussions include focused training/discussions around the understanding and practice of ten key elements:

Integrate into your organization’s culture

A benefit of the program is the opportunity for your Human Resources director and/or a member of the participating round table to be trained to manage project internally. If desired, we can train candidates in round table facilitation as well to spread the practice throughout the organization.

Cost: $10,000 – One Roundtable program includes one group of between 5 to ten members. $7,500 for each additional Roundtable group for the same organization
